At what point did you forget how to play?
In my research, I explore why we, as adults, gradually lose our sense of playfulness as we grow older. The way we push away such an essential and vibrant part of ourselves. Through this project, I investigate this transition: how it happens, and how we might find our way back. In a series of photographs taken in a playground, I capture adults in the
process of shifting from their adult selves into a more playful, childlike state. The playground becomes a space where this transformation can unfold.
