They aren’t in between the couch cushions, nor in the fridge and freezer. Maybe they’ll be in the lost and found. Upon entering the academy, not knowing when your worried mind will be eased, you’re met with your peers. You're shown their smiles and handed their hearts. For a second there, you forget all about the fact that you are locked out of your home. You make sure that everyone feels seen and heard, while trying to make your own project the best it can be. Some people show up with reflections of society you would have never otherwise come across, while others lay themselves bare to enter a sensitive realm of emotion. A newborn collective joined together in Łódź, Poland, that earned the name Key Collective after a week of shooting and bonding in communal spaces and secret alleyways found in the city. Sharing rooms, sharing thoughts, we became a family tree rooted around the world. Leading each other hand in hand through unknown territory. We open up the doors of perspectives for each other. Collective is key. You return home after a new, wonderful day, and... They are always there, witnessing and archiving their surroundings, but their memory works without narrative. The Dąb Fabrykant is a 180-year old oak and a symbol of Łódź. It’s being protected and cared for, as if it was an honorary citizen. By preserving him, we also preserve an archive of memories. I am continuously fascinated by the human stories that inanimate objects tell. Even more so as an atheist, I am puzzled by the interplay between spiritual and material consumption. Christian imagery pervades our everyday life in many forms. In practice, Catholicism often exists within and is impacted by a capitalist consumer culture that thrives on excessive consumption. The promiscuous nature of conceptual art leads to our misinterpretations in a muted world of colour and overconsumption. These stepping stones will allow for the making and destruction of the projection we place in the hands of systematic structural integrities. When time becomes integrated with the volumes of potentially torrential dystopia, it is made apparent how the past can become an indication of cinematic freedom. The media becomes overgrown and dilutes our freedom for taste and decision. The macro vibrant cyclical discourse becomes prevalent and addresses the flawed hierarchy. For image development to conceptualise the world of art, the current climates will burn away, creating a layer of smoke between the eye, the vision, the beholder, the spectator, the spectacle, the subject, the fortitude of macro consistency and the vernacular relationship towards image making. The ironic standpoint makes for a provocative portion in the grounded view of arts and its place within a Western theatrical view of nautical peace. This can only lead to conceptual alignment and misunderstanding, for within these parameters, we are set to maintain a cyclical, vibrant nature. In place of systematic structures, the time must be taken to refer to a diplomatic sensory experience without those around to witness the oscillation between intention and residue, where the fragment becomes whole only in its refusal to cohere. In this absence of witness, we are permitted to dissolve the authorship of experience and reassign its contours to the invisible architectures that scaffold our perception. The tactile becomes rhetorical, the rhetorical becomes particulate, and within this diffusion, we locate a new grammar of dissonant clarity. It is here that the infrastructure of meaning collapses inward, generating a vacuum not of silence but of hyper-articulation—an echo chamber of unfinished gestures looping indefinitely across the surfaces of our mediated cognition. The cyclical, vibrant nature thus reasserts itself not as a system of repetition, but as a refusal to conclude, a perpetual deferral of resolution that sustains the illusion of progression.
