How can I connect with an unfamiliar place?
I don’t like feeling like a tourist, an outsider. Instead, I firmly believe that people are the city, and the city its people. By meeting a stranger each day in Łódź and allowing their experiences and emotions to shape my journey, I discover the city through the lives of those who truly belong to it. Through this, I feel I make a real connection with the people.
(I want to thank all the strangers who allowed me into their lives in such a short time. Getting to know you has been a wonderful experience. Thank you for connecting me not only with each of you, but also with the city of Łódź. I will cherish this experience forever.)
